CO Shield Carbon Monoxide Automatic Shutdown

CO Shield, a safety feature, automatically shuts off the generator if it detects Carbon Monoxide—before it reaches unsafe levels. CO Shield does not allow the generator to run indoors, with or without the windows open. Never run a generator in an enclosed space. Always use a Carbon Monoxide detector in your home. Position your generator at least 10 to 20 feet from your home with the exhaust pointing away from all buildings.

Champion Generator 5500 Dual Fuel

Dual Fuel capability adds versatility and convenience. Run the Champion 201085 on gasoline for up to 11 hours on 7.7 gallons of gasoline (steel tank with built-in fuel gauge) or 6.5 hours on a 20-pound propane tank*.
The 120/240-Volt L14-30R outlet conveniently connects the generator to your home's electrical system through a manual transfer switch and inlet box. Just one cord provides power for all your essentials like the furnace, refrigerator, sump pump, lights and convenience receptacles. For smaller jobs, four GFCI household outlets accept common extension cords.

The digital Intelligauge alternately displays the current voltage, frequency, and operating hours. At 23 feet, the Champion 5000 Watt Propane Generator noise level rates slightly louder than the average household vacuum cleaner.
